THE DRAWING ROOM

The Drawing Room can hold 120 people, with such a large room and outside areas, you will have a feeling of space and comfort. The Drawing Room has its own bar area, with the staircase inside the entrance of the main pub, along with a large lift meaning the Drawing Room is accessible for all.

If you are looking for the ideal corporate event location, or looking to book a venue for a private party The Millstone Hare function room has it all....Ample free parking, free fast wifi, along with attentive staff ready to help your event run smoothly.

Upstairs you will find toilets including a disabled toilet, 2 balconies, and the superb Drawing Room available to hire, with all the latest technology.

The Drawing Room has been fitted with an inbuilt Nexo speaker system which means the sound quality is second to none inside the Drawing Room and on both balconies. Whether you havecreated your own music list or hired a DJ, you can simply plug in your laptop and you are ready to go, as it even has its own DJ hook up point.

The Drawing Room boasts large monitors, which are perfect for corporate events. Presentations can be delivered easily, new products can be showcased and meetings will flow with everything at your fingertips.

For evening events the Drawing Room has been fitted with multi coloured led lights that can be set to your desired colour, to really get the party started.

BALCONIES

Upstairs in the Drawing Room you are spoilt with space and panoramic views from 2 balconies.

BALCONY 1

Overlooking the SuperArena® this astro turfed balcony with comfortable table and chairs allows you to not only enjoy your surroundings, but also have the best spectators view of the SuperArena®.

This makes the function room and this particular balcony popular with teams associated with events taking place at the SuperArena®, such as dressage, show-jumping and the mounted games to name a few.

The SuperArena® is available to hire, and makes a great compliment to a corporate equestrian event taking place in the function room.

BALCONY 2

Over looking the Main Polo Ground and giving you a panoramic view of the whole country estate, it is no surprise that when there is a Polo tournament in action this is the number one place to be.

Favoured by Polo teams for promotion, along with equestrian companies who wish to hold a corporate event, anyone attending will feel like a VIP.

Private parties are catered for, no matter what the occasion, our staff will help you in any way they can to make your party special, helping to create wonderful memories.
